Michiel Pannekoek
Partner & Head of International
Michiel is a partner in our Corporate group and he is Head of the firm’s International Board. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He has a particular focus on advising in the context of cross-border acquisitions, management buy-outs and joint ventures.
Alexander heads the Corporate/M&A practice group and has 27 years’ experience with complex cross-border mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He also regularly advises clients on corporate governance, joint venture, securities regulatory compliance and general cross-border matters.
Jan Willem specialises in corporate and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on transaction-related disputes, shareholders’ disputes, Enterprise Chamber proceedings and liability claims.
Jessica Terpstra is based in our London offices. She is a finance lawyer and advises financial institutions and corporates on debt and debt capital market transactions. In addition Jessica advises clients on derivatives and debt related financial regulatory matters. Jessica is a member of the IBA and the Dutch Association of Financial Law.
