Angenita specialises in mergers and acquisitions. the majority of her clients are multinationals and private equity parties. Between 1995 and 1998, she worked for the European Parliament as a political adviser, following which she joined a US law firm in Brussels. In addition to mergers and acquisitions, she also advises on EU law and its implementation in Dutch law, and has been involved in several cases concerning State aid.
