Helena works at Houthoff’s New York office. She advises clients, including large international corporates and financial institutions, on corporate/M&A, corporate finance and international capital market transactions. She also has specific expertise in asset finance and the restructuring of international lease transactions.
Helena advises not only on Dutch law, but also on the laws applicable in Suriname and the Dutch Caribbean, including Curaçao, Aruba and Sint Maarten. Before joining Houthoff in 2012, she was a partner of a leading global law firm in New York, where for ten years she headed the Dutch and Antilles law practice.
